Terms of Service

Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using our services. By engaging Swiss Cosmetic Lab, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. Scope of Services

Swiss Cosmetic Lab provides regulatory consulting, safety assessment coordination, and testing facilitation services for cosmetic products intended for the EU and UK markets. We act as an intermediary between the client and accredited laboratories or safety assessors.

2. Client Obligations

The client is responsible for providing accurate, complete, and up-to-date information regarding their products, formulations, and raw materials. Any delays or errors resulting from incorrect information are the sole responsibility of the client.

3. Payment Terms

Services are billed in advance or as agreed in the specific service contract. Payment must be made in full before the release of final reports (e.g., CPSR, CPNP notification confirmation).

4. Liability

While we strive for the highest accuracy, Swiss Cosmetic Lab cannot be held liable for:

• Rejection of products by authorities due to changes in regulations after the service was delivered.
• Misuse of the product by consumers.
• Inaccurate data provided by the client.

Our liability is limited to the value of the service provided.

5. Intellectual Property

The client retains full ownership of their product formulations and branding. The safety reports and technical files generated remain the property of the client upon full payment.

6. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Estonia. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Tallinn.
